MATERNITY PHOTOGRAPHY
First off, congratulations on expecting, and I know you and your partner must be over the moon excited. It's a rollercoaster of emotions during pregnancy, and it's beautiful, powerful, and challenging. Every pregnancy is unique, and it deserves to be captured vividly, whether it's your first or your fourth. There are a lot of raw emotions that accompany pregnancy, and I want to capture them all. The journey of motherhood can be captured through photography as a way of looking back and giving a glimpse of hidden moments.
OUR PROCESS
I.
If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, I’ll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once you sign the contract, and pay the non-refundable retainer your date is secured on my calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your photographer! Leading up to your experience, we will meet over Zoom to discuss your vision, outfits, and go over all the details of your experience.

From our very first hello, our goal is to create the ultimate experience for you. Your session day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! For weddings, I’ll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while I do my thing!
IV.
I’ll send you a few sneak peek photos within a 48-hour turnaround from your session. Nothing like being able to see some of the magic that we created before your full gallery is delivered. Your full gallery will be delivered 3 to 6 weeks later depending on the season. You will be able to download the images from the online gallery and print them yourself, or I can create an heirloom-quality photo album for you.

I am in love with the unpredictability, messy, crazy ride that comes along with having a baby.
I believe that no matter how you give birth, every woman should see themselves through an artist's point of view...at the height of their strength, determination, and courage. I think all women should have their birth photographed because of the dimension of the moment. As your baby grows and glows with life, documenting his or her birth is as exciting as watching their gentle changes. FRESH 48 SESSIONS
You begin a new chapter in your life when you have a baby. Not only is it your child’s birthday, but it’s the day you and your partner are born into parents. For the last nine months, you carried this beautiful creation. You’ve been dreaming about who they may look like, what color eyes they may have, how tiny their toes and hands are, and what they may sound like. A Fresh 48 session is a beautiful way to capture those sweet moments and fresh new beginnings.
Fresh 48 sessions are within the first 24-48 hours of your baby’s life; these lifestyle sessions are perfect for remembering the first day forever. You can expect me to arrive at your birthplace within 48 hours of birth. As this is not a traditional newborn session, there will not be any posing, props, or lights added. This session will capture your baby’s first sweet moments freshly and naturally! Considering the nature of Fresh 48 sessions and Birth Photography Coverage, the number of clients is limited each month.
LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHY
Lifestyle photography will appeal to those who love to capture everyday life. Whether you are an individual, couple, or family, lifestyle photography may be what you need to preserve these fleeting moments. Lifestyle sessions are usually unscripted, but we will still have a plan and style for your session. Although lifestyle sessions are more about capturing candid moments, I will still direct you in ways that make you feel comfortable and authentic. When shooting a lifestyle session, I rarely put my camera down. My experience as a photographer often results in capturing an emotionally charged image during in-between moments. In a lifestyle session: we capture the essence of who you are, and the immense love you feel.
When should I inquire?
Honestly, the sooner the better. For elopements and weddings, I book 1-2 years out. For all other services, I typically book three to six months out.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I live in the smallest state in the US, Rhode Island. I am a lover of sandy beaches, rooftops, city views, and coffee shops. My soul calls for traveling and experiencing new places. It's not just about building my portfolio. It is about creating memories, experiencing different cultures, and meeting new people. The love and gratitude that fills my heart with being in a new place. With this being said, Yes I do travel. I only take a limited amount of destination weddings and elopements per year so I can be fully present for every single one of my clients. Once those spots are filled, I won't accept them anymore. So if you are interested in having me as your wedding photographer, it's never too early to reach out.
When should I book my maternity session?
The best time to book your maternity session is during your second trimester to ensure availability. We will book a date between 29 to 34 weeks of being pregnant. I find women to be a little bit more uncomfortable after 35 weeks.
